The Croft Institute is part of Ole Miss, the University of Mississippi. The earmark is for "Intelligence Analyst Education and Trainingâ€. Why is this an earmark, and under Defense, rather than a part of the HHS/EDU appropriation where there would at least have been some review/oversight? Why is the amount "classified"? This smells to high heavens.
