FCRP gives U.S. companies a tremendous competitive advantage in the race to lead the technological revolution. FCRP offers mutual leverage to industry and government sponsors. The FCRP is the only university research program that gives the Department of Defense such high leverage (one-to-one) for its money. FCRP research delivers a high payoff to the U.S. Department of Defense
