It is my understanding that Ms Pelosi has also earmarked $45 million to clean up hazerdous waste at the Hunters Point Shipyard in order to support the efforts of Gavin Newsome to keep the 49ers in San Francisco. The clean up is required before the NFl will build a new stadium there. Otherwise the 49ers will move to Santa Clara. Sounds like a good decision for the national defense budget to me.
