This Earmark Has Multiple Recipients

Because this earmark specifies multiple recipients, we'll skip the guided research.

  • Eagle Tool & Machine
  • QuesTek Innovations LLC

While you are certainly encouraged to google the recipients for information on them, or to see if they've received contracts or grants in FedSpending.org, or have made campaign contributions or hired lobbyists at opensecrets, we're not providing a separate set of fields to hold that research.

Feel free to leave information on what you find in the "Add a comment or contribute additional research" box below.

Once again we find our elected officials submitting requests for monies that have not been planned for. It is funny, we can't get EMERGENCY MONEY to Katrina victims. Emergency Money for Emergency Situations. This is what the line item requests should be used for. Not to fill gaps or make up for cuts that were made to budgets earlier. PLAN and JUSTIFY the dollars within budgets.
Bonuses , Benefits and Stock Dividends should be limited in relation to companies that are given contracts from our NOT FOR PROFIT GOVERNMENT.

First, just because someone has given a few thousand dollars out of their own pocket to specific government officials doesn't mean that 2 million dollars was given in return. For both of you and others wondering, many thousands of planes are out there with extremely old landing gear. Do you fly anywhere? If you do, you are probably glad that the landing gear worked when you landed and didn't collaps from rust/corrosion. They are made from metal. FYI ... metal rusts. This is an extremely beneficial earmark. Why not "plan" for this in the budget? Ask our government officials. There are many possible reasons for not putting this in the "plan". Check that out before making accusations.
